Formation of Stonehaven Town Hall Trust and Election of Trustees

On 29th June 2010 at 7:30 pm, in the Main Hall of Stonehaven Town Hall, a meeting will be held at which there will be:

1.    A Presentation to the winners of the Schools Town Hall Competition;

2.    An Extraordinary General Meeting of SALT ( Stonehaven Arts and Leisure Trust)  to consider changes to the name and new Articles;

3.    The Inaugural Meeting of the Stonehaven Town Hall Trust, including the election of the 12 Trustees.
