Stonehaven Harbour Festival

Details: Maritime Rescue Institute provides Stonehaven and surrounding area with its independent lifeboat.  It relies almost entirely on voluntary contributions and funding.  Its biggest fundraising event is The Harbour Festival, this year to be held on Sunday 17th August from 12.00 - 4.00.  As in the past the afternoon provides song, dance, music, maritime heritage, fun for old and young alike, seafood demonstrations, rescue dogs, demonstrations by the Lifeboat Crew, pipeband, stalls and much much more.  Contact: Ann Laing

17th Annual Charity Bike Ride

Details: Stonehaven Great Bike Ride with a choice of routes at 25 and 11 miles.
The event hopes to raise £7000 for Grampian Society for the Blind.
